Parkwood Suites is a six-storey, 78-unit apartment building with 11 independent living one and two-bedroom apartments ranging from 605 sq ft to 1,119 sq ft, with four layouts to choose from.

Each bright, unfurnished unit features a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove and breakfast bar, ensuite washer and dryer, spacious washroom(s), living-dining area, and large windows. Residents live independently and prepare their own meals or may choose to purchase meals in the beautifully appointed dining room. Rent includes heat, hydro and water, access to lounges and up to two residents per apartment.
